Return and Cancellation Rules

Return Request Window

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

This 30-day period does not create a general right to return products for change of mind. As stated in our Final Sale Policy, returns are accepted only for products that arrive defective, damaged, faulty or different from what was ordered, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Return Shipping

For an approved return, customers may be required to arrange return shipment according to the return instructions provided by DP GLOBAL.

However, where a product is verified as defective, damaged, faulty or incorrect, DP GLOBAL will handle or reimburse reasonable return-shipping costs where required by applicable law or otherwise approved by us.

Customers should not return a product or purchase return postage until they have contacted DP GLOBAL and received return instructions.

Refund Policy

Once an eligible return or claim has been reviewed and approved, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If a returned product is required, the refund will normally be processed after the product has been received and inspected by DP GLOBAL.

The time required for an approved refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer or payment provider.

If only part of an order qualifies for a refund, only the eligible product price and applicable taxes may be refunded.

Original shipping charges are refundable only where required by applicable law or where DP GLOBAL approves the refund.

Restocking Fee

DP GLOBAL does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an unfulfilled order within 15 minutes of placing the order.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If an order has already entered processing, fulfillment or shipment, we may be unable to cancel it.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, the cancellation request will no longer apply and the eligibility requirements stated in this Refund and Return Policy will govern any subsequent claim.

Nothing in these rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
